OLOBBY integrates with Google Workspace to provide secure user authentication, Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Tasks integration. We request only the permissions necessary to provide the features selected by the user. Google user data is never sold and is never used for advertising purposes.

• openid
  Used to authenticate users securely through their Google account. This scope allows OLOBBY to verify the user's identity during sign in.
• profile
  Used to access the user's basic Google profile information, including name and profile picture, to personalize the user's account inside OLOBBY.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email
  Used to obtain the user's verified Google email address for account creation, login authentication, user identification, and service communications.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar
  Used to allow users to create, update, delete, and synchronize calendar events between Google Calendar and OLOBBY. Calendar data is accessed only when users choose to use calendar integration.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/tasks
  Used to allow users to create, update, organize, complete, and synchronize Google Tasks directly within OLOBBY. Task information is accessed only for features initiated by the user.

  Used to enable Gmail integration features. With the user's explicit authorization, OLOBBY may read, compose, send, modify, and organize Gmail messages to support CRM communication, email synchronization, customer support, workflow automation, and other email-related features requested by the user. Gmail data is never used for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.

Google API Services User Data Policy

OLOBBY's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Information obtained from Google APIs is used solely to provide or improve user-requested features. Google Workspace data is never sold and is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.

User Control

Users may revoke OLOBBY's access to their Google Account at any time through their Google Account security settings. Once access has been revoked, OLOBBY will no longer access Google data unless authorization is granted again by the user.
